Hi

I have two friends who are trying to enter their early access keys, and I was even given permission to watch one of them try it. They enter the code in and then when it goes to redeeem the early access code it comes up with "with message not found" and never goes past this. The early access code is never added and just loops continuously into the "message not found" window.

And since they arn't part of early access they cant post yet + customer service via tickets is not responding after 3 days.

So these fellas get their preorders, pay for them, and cant enter early access code. They assume the problem is on your side so give it a few days and it doesnt change. Where the hell is the support for this

ive scoured the faqs and other threads, cant find any information on this issue

I did google it and found that there were topics on this issue before the forums were reset, but I cant access those threads since the forums were closed
