No Cross Realm LFG tool please!

You are talking with the assumption that you are the only once correct still without any facts yourself.

There may be those problems currently in the game but adding a x-server multiplies that problem exponentially. I would only allow a x-server group finder in the game after those problems have been fixed and not before.

Now i am going to stop here as i need to do work tomorrow and i believe i am talking to people who have their opinion guaranteed as a 100% correct fact in their head. It is honestly like talking to a brick wall when you act as a vocal of a community in the way you are implying that anything other than your vocal opinion may be valid.

Actually i did noticed while playing wow that usually on my servers Emerald dream and haumorush Eu that it was way more common that you entered a group and 1-2 was afk and none of the rest of the group could kick because they already had a timer attached to it so you ended up with 3-4 manning it instead quicker.

Or my favourite was that when someone could kick and someone else joined and they where auto afk and the message the group have already used theire kick.

topple that off with the people that actually did play but did around 5-10 % of the damage they actually should be doing by just pressing more then 1 button
took the Pvp because when the rewards got easier getting the more people started finding ways misusing the system same things will happening in Pve aswell in this game

Well i did play wow since the early access and if you say it is a lie that alot of people used Bots and Afk in PvP

No, that's just blatantly false; the numbers were never that high; at it's worst, you had had maybe 10% afk... and that was at it's peak before Blizzard worked to fix the situation. If you want to make a 50% claim then put up some objectively verifiable facts with sources.

Can someone give me a real life example of a community that was destroyed by a cross server lfg tool? I mean, that people devolved in to a bunch of mindless, rude, self absorbed idiots who then quit said game as a direct result of said tool! And we arent talking about a handful of people, an actual destruction of a large group of players (i.e., community). And its directly attributable to this tool and not the people in the community itself?

You know that lies and misconceptions can travel all the way around the world before the truth even gets its shoes on.

kind of sad, since I'm pretty sure most servers in EQ we had well over 1000 people in a particular zone without that problem almost a decade ago...

That doesn't follow the same logic as the post you quoted.

The issue is that BW started development back in the wow bc days and never progressed from there, so a lot of modern functionality is sadly missing.

Did play alot of non peak hours thanks to my work and i still stand by that.
The fix that Blizz tried to do did just give the afk botting a higher rise was hard to spotting it in the end for people that didnt know what to look for .

But basicly what springs to mind is the players in AB that did the auto runt against gate run down into the water swim trough the bridge up on the other side up to the starting point and rinse repeat making them getting auto killed and "active" for passing the farm

AV then you had some different bot moves flag bridge jump down run around was one at the start another was ofc the famous stealth into a cave AFK'ing can say atleast 5 more of places that occured .

Still my point is the more convinience implemented into the game the more players will try and find loopholes for personal gain.

Have already happened in Swtor and will keep on rising the more convinience attributes that gets implememted LFG x-server LFG X-server PvP .


Or we have even one the AV's where we basicly didnt even have enough non afk/botting players to down the "final" boss while having 36 of 40 players in the group.
Can continue naming alot of more of the usually spotted bots moves in just WOW

Worst/funniest pvp game i did have one morning was in a AB 8/10 was afk/bots while the other side had similar turn up and AFK's out pretty fun and long game :P

Edit forgot the most classic the caster Afk one basicly if attacked they start wanding with 100 % mp usually was located near the flag :P
