When will there be a "SERVER MERGE?"

About and hour and a half ago there were 6 count them 1...2...3...4...5...6! Standard servers and all the others were light.

I know it's so not peak hours but really a lot of servers feel dead and it's not acceptable that a lot of people are subject to doing things on their server from about 6-9 in the evening each day (some aren't even that lucky).

"Standard" is about 30-40 people in fleet with about 90-100 total in game and maybe 20 level 50's

Even standard is a joke and the servers are mostly light until around 7PM EST

BW I rly don't get it why do you w8 so much with damn server merges. Are u guys in BW rly so blind that u dont' realise your prioritys. I mean is it so hard to make codes for server merge, is it so hard to find solutions for that kind of action.
I rly hope u guys don't have daubts what happens with player names or legacy name if u do that kind of action.
Simple solution if players have same name or legacy name priority on choose has the 1 who logs first. There 1 problem solve.
If u guys don't do server merge like 1-2 weeks max after 1.2 gets to live I think you will have to make preparation to change SWTOR to free to play becouse i know that you will lose 80% of your players becouse of Diablo 3 and The Secret World and not to mention Terra.
Tbh when playing SWTOR I need to make 1 rude conclusion that the dev team and all ppl in charge in BW on this project are incapable from day 1: Releasing unfinished game, not listening to community (dear BW community ain't only boy fans, you can't trick us with weekly Q&A when you are the ones choosing some rly stupid role playing questions, like who gives a damn will your char will be able to do gay romance with companion when you have some real issue in game like server population, lack of content and so on).
If you guys want to save your project and if u care about your custemmors you will do server merges with 1.2 and start listening to real community not boy fans which are like only 10% of players who actually play this Beta game!

I hate to mention that other game but, I ALWAYS felt in the main cities like there was a nice hubub of activity going on. Even at 4 am there was a decent amount of people cracked out and still playing from the previous evening... It's kinda depressing to log into a game where there's single digits on the fleet at anytime.

Yeah, its pretty brutal. They put up double the amount of servers Wow has with 1/5 of the playerbase and no cross server warzones/flashpoint tools.
I understand that prolly Swtor servers cant handle anything close to the amount of people servers in Wow can but this is ridiculous.

There isnt quite anything like the feeling when you log in at 9 am on fleet and find out youre the only person there. And it doesnt get much better on the evening, 6 pm cet and 9 people at fleet.
BW messed up big time, plain and simple. And they seem to be unable to do anything about it.

Off-peak is a total of 21 hours? Out of 24?

Truth is: You rolled at start into a server that said "full" and rolled there because it did not have Queue time, AND un-intelligently assumed it would keep been "full" 3 months afterwards.

Guess what is causing your low server numbers? (HINT* It has nothing to do with subs dropping)

1st People are not playing 24h/7 I used to play about 88 hours a week on December and January now I am playing 24h max a week, doing my dailies, etc. Most people are like this.

2nd Most people when they started to realize that the "normal" pop of their server was not "heavy" or "full" they re-rolled into another bigger server.

How do I know? I have my main in EU server and guess what our numbers have all but increased. I see normally 150-250 people in prime hour in my server.

Now is the moment when I point my finger at the people in these 3 pages and say "I LAUGH AT YOU HAHAHAHA!"

Lesson of The Story: Even in gaming the easy way, is not the best way
I joined my server (The Crucible Pits) on the first day of early access. For the first few weeks, there were queues of 300+. Now (on Republic side), there is never more than around 30 people on the fleet.
Roswin - 50 Jedi Sentinel | Vaelin - 50 Sith Juggernaut | Kordis - 50 Sith Marauder | Vaelis - 50 Sith Assassin | Tylus - 50 Sniper
| Vint - 43 Mercenary | Kiden - 35 Vangaurd | Skavic - 22 Jedi Sage |

If you merge one server with another and reduce the server amount by half, it would fix the problems that exist. BW needed all the servers at launch, but the dust has settled and now guild leaders and players alike are struggling on whether to re-roll to a high pop server or stick it out. Needs to be addressed now and not later.
