I read up on it a while ago, and it says that Jedi do not use this technique because it is deceitful, but Sith don't use it because it requires a calm, tactical mind to execute correctly. The Niman form is my favorite. I always loved the idea of using force techniques in lightsaber combat.

I've always been partial to Makashi. A form devoted entirely to lightsaber-to-lightsaber combat seems somewhat useful to me.
