So its not peak time to Bioware cause of this way of thinking.....They really do need to put all player base into thought when picking a time. That is an over-simplification of the situation just to discredit others opinions. Other games have proven that there are ways to deal with the majority of issues surrounding regional downtimes, Bioware just choose not to address it.
