I download and Install Main Asset 41

After intall I get 'An error occurred updating. Repair'

It will scan and start the repair with no progress as to how much information is being repaired. I eventually shut it down with it sitting there for 5 hours.

I have ran the launcher fix. Same thing happens.
Yes, I am healing... You are just not important.

Welcome to the club mate.

Something really got broken today, and they're in damage control mode.

Nothing any of us has tried so far has worked, and I've been at this all day.

Good luck.

Greetings both,

Can you please start patching again and then go to your swtor folder and delete the 'patch' folder. This should help with your problem if not try the following steps.

Please delete the 'launcher.exe.update' file and run fixlauncher.exe.

This should allow you to gain access to the launcher.

If this does not help then please try deleting the assets_swtor_main.version file and patching again.

Please report back to this thread.

More useless BS. You can't delete the patch folder while the launcher is patching because one of the patch files is in use. You're kidding us, right? You couldn't see this coming?

Greetings CinderBane,

You are right I apologize for the mixup, I worded that incorrectly. If you see a patch folder then you need to delete it before you start patching.

does using the pause button - wait a minute or two - then click play (may need to repeat a couple times) work for you?
