Thanks for reporting this to us.

These crashes can be caused by the drivers conflicting with the game so please try rolling your Graphics Cards Drivers back to the previous certified versions. You can do this through the manufacturers website.

Hey,

I uninstalled my current driver and went with previous versions for my Nvidia graphics cards. Unfortunately I am still having the exact same problem.

I even left the game on the character select screen and it still crashed after 10 minutes.

I have also tried the repair option from the login screen but it failed to locate anything wrong.

Does anyone have any other ideas I can try?
Because their is no way I can play the game if it keeps crashing to desktop with black screen. I can't keep force shutdown my computer.
I'm wiling to try what ever suggestions are thrown my way, cause I don't have any.

Please use the 301.42 driver version as this is the previous non-beta driver for your video card/OS combination. This driver verion has not been reported to be troublesome so load that up and let us know how you get on.
