How do I have the forums show post times for my time zone?

I'm in California (the Pacific time zone) but the post times shown seem to be 9 hours ahead (I'm guessing GMT?). I've looked at the settings for My Account, but I'm not seeing anything there. I'd appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction.

It's under account management > basic information.

AND it's 1 hour off. I'm PST also, but to get it to show the correct time, I had to choose GMT -9 instead of GMT -8 which is the real zone.

For some reason, I have mine set to my local time (GMT -6), but forum post times are completely different. It's like the forum isn't doing the conversion, or is doing it incorrectly.

Thanks very much for the replies. I've got it working now. Perhaps the reason we on the West Coast are GMT-9 is because of Daylight Savings time.
