Hello everyone!
I have a problem! I reddemed my product registration key for some time ago (digital pre-order from origin) but now it says that I haven't done that step, and therefore can't sub to the game. I tried to enter the code again, but it told me, that the code was already in use. I have tried to contact customer service. It told me to send proof pics. But after sending the mail with proof pics, i just got the same mail back. No help there :/ I hope that I can get some help!
May the force be with you!

The Pre-order code is NOT the product code.

That one comes with the game, or via e-mail in case of the digital version.
I don't think the Origin e-mails have gone out yet.

I was trying to find out about this yesterday. In my original email from Origin, it states that the Digital Rights code in the email is your pre-order code as well as your actual product code for your digital copy of the game. Here is the e-mail I received:

Now, when I log into the Origin program on my PC, my digital rights code is listed as my product code under the info for the game.

This is going to cause an issue come next Tuesday as the code has already been used. Either we will get another code from Origin, which I find unlikely based on the text in the original email, or Bioware/EA will have to clear our pre-order codes from the system so we can re-use the code Origin sent us. Hopefully we can get some clarification on this from BW.
