i have like a 10 lvl char and now i see i don't really like the look up of my character.
how do i change the head and hair style ?

i don't want to start a new char, although 10lvl is very low, yet it's few hours of game play.
please tell me it's possible. i have a Collectors Edition of the game.

Sorry, at the moment there is no way to change your character's appearance.

You aren't helping. Not in the game now. Hopefully it will be in the game at some point in the future.

never played WoW, so i don't know what are you talking about.
i've made my char in a hurry to register a nice character name.
(btw. character creation should be done this way:
1st you write a character name, and accept it. and since now this nickname can not be used by other players.

2nd. now you can spent time in creating the look of your character without rush, that you'll be too late to get your nickname registered.

this is a small thing, but imo very useful)

i think helmet can not change the head style of the character, especially the face look.

Yes, but when you get a helmet, you don't see the face or hair?
