This game lacks epeen

Well, no. I never agreed that the servers are ghost towns, for one thing. Lord Adraas seems to be flourishing, despite the people who continue to claim that the game is dying, or already dead, or whatever. People said the game was dying back in December, and they were wrong. People said the game was dying in January, and they were wrong. Now, some of the SAME PEOPLE are saying the game is dying now, and do you know what? I don't have any more reason to believe them now than I did previously.

What I said, and what I meant, is that people often mistake anecdotes for evidence. That is to say, people mistake their friends for representative samples; just because all your friends like something, that doesn't mean it's popular, and just because all your friends don't like something, that doesn't mean it's unpopular. People often exaggerate badly to make these kinds of pronouncements feel more meaningful, too; it's probably not "all your friends" but "some of your friends" that are leaving. But even if it were ALL of them, I do not agree that this is any indication of the wellbeing of the game as a whole.

i dont need to explain why hardcore destroy the game is a fact

game back then didnt have site like thorcrap or didnt have everything spoilered and they are remember as the "gold time" UO etcetc... then the RUSHER time came the HARDCORE-EPEEN TIME and there is no one MMO that is "fun" anymore

all you read is this is fail that one is fail instert complain complain complain

the mentality of hardcore is what make fail every single MMO there is no DEVS that can keep up with a looser that play 8 hours a day sorry

best time i had in this game is hunt "for real" for datacron with no instruction and with friend doing the same... and hardcore RUINED it for 99% of the people

Trust me, leveled up, grinded battlemaster, got all the gear both pve and pvp, literally every piece, beat every raid size and difficulty, less time then our heroic ragnaros progression alone. Facts.

I mean what kind of proof do you want? My character is Eddizel, server is Mandalore the Indomitable, I guess you can come inspect my gear or something? I don't know.

We have a 9 hour a week schedule for progression, which didn't exist because we crushed everything, so now its 1 night, 3 hours, farm ho-hum, no incentive to log in.

I'll play again when there is competitive pvp and new harder content.

You can say it is my fault (or our fault as a guild) but really, we don't play that much, there is just nothing here for us, that is the point of my thread. I imagine others are in the same boat. Yes we will leave soon if we don't get some content aimed at us, yes you can have our stuff.

Why do we even need ePeen anyways? Why is it so essential to an MMO?

Can't we just enjoy a game for what it is? Can't we just appreciate what the developers worked hard to create?

Why destroy something like SW:TOR with envy, rivalry, and greed? The servers are really nice places to be right now,you can actually talk to people, have a real conversation, and get help if you need it.

Obviously EVERYONE who raids plays 8 hours a day, complains all day, have no fun, ruin your fun, need to show off to random people, and are just down right a cancer to games.....well at least in your world.

A MMO can not cater exclusively to the hardcore players because there simply arent enough to sustain an MMO money-wise

I beleive that giving the hardcore games something to strive for, like a superhard mode (like nightmare was supposed to be i guess) that drops cool looking gear. The casual players arent those who supply raiders with mats or supplies, the casual players are those who BUY the mats and supplies from the hard core players who farm them

and you not needing gear to fuel your gaming sessions is irrelevant. I hope you enjoy your time doing what does fuel your gaming sessions, why do you hate on those who want to get the best gear from doing the hardest content?
