So you're trying to avoid proving the 10 minute travel time claim now or?

Publicity for the feature. Mentioning it in QA means that more people know about it and will get a Auth keyfob or program.

Convenience feature is not the same as "needed" feature. The two words are not synonyms. It's the difference between parking the car to walk into McDonalds to get your food or utilizing the drive through window. If a McDonalds doesn't have a drive through window, it doesn't mean that their customers can't order food.

I've been playing this game since the first day of public release and have 4 characters of level 30+, including a 50. I have never bought or used the fleet pass even once. It is a nice option to have for sure but not "needed".

No cost. Completely free. Less QQ.
Has anyone actually tried if that works with the emulator ? Because i really donīt want my account blocked just because the emulator bugs out (like emulators often do).

So Bioware doesnt officially sell the game game in your country?

It is not supported there, If you didn't want to have this kind of issues you shouldn't have bought the game.

Is that like trying to get Apple to help you install OS X on your PC?

From the fine print at the bottom the page that links you you to purchase the game on this site:

"GAME INTENDED FOR PLAY ONLY WITHIN NORTH AMERICA AND EUROPE."

Seeing as the OP is in Russia and they regularly refer to Europe as the "EU", he/she is playing the game in an area not currently supported.
"I really wanted to bring in the three BioWare pillars to the online space. Those are represented by story, by the player's choice in story, and by characters. Those are the three big things that I felt weren't really well represented in the MMO space." - James Ohlen

Then a very good question would be "why is BW directly selling a game in a region they aren't supporting?" That's like saying "here have this game, but dont come crying to us if it doesnt work"
Computer specs

If somebody was standing on a street corner screaming "This town sucks, I'm moving!" you'd think he was crazy, right? I quit threads are the same thing.

I'm fairly sure if they meant the eu they would have said the eu by saying europe they clearly mean all european countries which russia and many other none eu countries are, also if you read thread the op said they bought it off the russian origin store.

Actually they are not, local stores can easily buy and sell American/EU versions.

I'm sure there are many other ways to acquire the game.
