Mentioning it in QA means that more people know about it and will get a Auth keyfob or program.

I've been playing this game since the first day of public release and have 4 characters of level 30+, including a 50. I have never bought or used the fleet pass even once. It is a nice option to have for sure but not "needed".

From the fine print at the bottom the page that links you you to purchase the game on this site: "GAME INTENDED FOR PLAY ONLY WITHIN NORTH AMERICA AND EUROPE." Seeing as the OP is in Russia and they regularly refer to Europe as the "EU", he/she is playing the game in an area not currently supported.

I'm fairly sure if they meant the eu they would have said the eu by saying europe they clearly mean all european countries which russia and many other none eu countries are, also if you read thread the op said they bought it off the russian origin store.

I'm sure there are many other ways to acquire the game.
