There are a lot of cell-phones on the market that aren't smart-phones, but are more simplistic like flip-phones, and people use them because they are a lot cheaper.

All they do for me is add another layer of inconvenience. And brush up on your reading skills. Nowhere in my first post I wanted the fleet pass to be available for everyone. You brought it up.
