Hello! A lot of people are affected by a No Valor Gained phenomena happening on Ilum.
What is known that it happens to random people, blocking them from getting kills registered after 1-2 kills, sometimes 4-5. While it affects some, it does not affect others at the level they are in the same OPS and sitting near each other in RL. There is a thread on this issue on PvP forums with a some research on this matter.

Could you please explain - what is this thing, is it a part of your "safeguard", why does it works so strange (affecting some direly while completely not affecting others, in the very same OPS, during very same prolonged fights), is there any changes incoming to it, or this behavior is "working as intended" and we should learn how to cope with it if it affects us (read - feed yourself to enemy team every 2-3 kills registered).

Are there any plans to add a barber shop anytime soon, or a feature that will allow existing characters to enjoy additional customization options, unlocked through the legacy system?

are there plans to raise the dark side/light side point caps a little in the near future? like many others, i hit dark V well before 50 (at around lvl 40 in this case). but to stay dark V i must always choose the dark side options and dark side diplomacy missions. it's taking a little of the fun out of the experience with that character, as well as cutting my diplomacy options in half.

Can we expect the 125 server count per region to decrease by hopefully half or a lot soon by merging servers so finding groups and forming teams can actually be possible in low server populations?

Currently you have cross faction gear set so that the opposing faction can't even see what it looks like even when trying to put it up for sale. Seeing as opposing faction players can't equip the gear is that really necessary?

Have you given any thought to changing this so we can see what it is we're selling at least?

My question is more of a 'community' & 'press' related question, as I've not really seen it openly addressed.

I think it goes without saying that there is a tremendous amount of unfounded "hate" being directed at SW:TOR various major gaming websites, and the SW:TOR forums doesn't seem to be an exception to the matter. I can't really understand where this comes from as I believe BioWare has made an excellent game, one that's quite easily the best & deepest MMORPG I've ever played.

Is there anything you guys have planned to counter the 'negative' light being put on the game? Do you view this as more a case of severe trolling of a high profile title upon it's release?

During launch, all servers were FULL...now all Servers rotate between light and very heavy.

Were server capacities increased dramatically or have we lost that many players?

Already having 8 characters on my server, will I be forced to delete characters in order to take advantage of the Legacy reward system or will I be able to change race and use other new Legacy customization features on pre-existing characters?

When will we see the next Timeline video?

They were my (and a lots of others') favorite updates. Please could you give us some solid info about it? Because something like 'soon' or 'right around the corner' would be torture to the people who suffered from them during the long wait for the EU beta.
