Little help please.

Hello, I'm having a issue on redeeming my game i bought from Origin Store. I follow there link on how to redeem the game it took me to your website under my account I did as it said. But for some reason it did but it didn't . I go to my account page where it ask you to do the Five Security questions, then it tells you the Contact Information Complete these two are check with a yellow check mark. Then i look down and i see Redeem a Product Registration Code??? I thought i did? That don't have a check mark and plus it don't give me a option to get a time card because it tells me i need to redeem the game. Well i try the second time and it said, The code has already been used? Kinda lost. I follow the steps, log in under my account to do it. It was this website. If you could help hehe.
