This is an easy solve really. Just have all raids, and all content (all of it), on the three difficulty levels, with matching loot with stats that reflect that levels difficulty. There...problem solved.

In the mean time: Ragnarok Online Guild Wars EVE Online (when I played it anyway, the combat log it had then was useless) Lineage series -> L2 had a combat log, but it was on the level of EVE one, i.e. useless. DDO -> see above again. This one is only useful if you die and had no idea what hit you. These are off the top of my head. I've also played several smaller ones, but I don't remember any names as it was years ago now, nor do I remember if they had combat logs or not :P Ragnarok and Eve had combat logs, GW didnt but GW 2 will cause players wanted it. Earlier you said that most mmos apart from rift and wow had combat logs but in reality, its been basic feature or mod based option in majority of em, the decent sized mmos ofc ones.
