People whine because they care and they want the game to be improved. I am more concerned about the silent ones who don't whine or complain but just quit. They have no forum presence. They just unsubscribe and move on and never look back.

If only the video was remotely true. There are several features in the video that don't even exist yet. 6 million pvp battles daily? Uhh no, maybe at launch. All servers "full". Again no, maybe at launch. To say the discontented are a vocal minority of the forum users would be false. Take a gander at the forum again, most people ONLY use the forum to QQ, if they see something they like they don't use the forum to share it. I'd really like to see what their current subscribed numbers are accounting for those who bought 6 months and no longer play. If I were home I'd take a screenshot of the "Sever population" screen and post.

In fact the recent issue of GameInformer heavily referenced it, as well as how the game felt like a single player RPG with chat. They also went on to discuss how not having a party finding system is terrible and how bad it needs one. Oh, they also discussed how end game pretty much doesn't exist. All by one source, you can use Google to find many other articles on the various issues, mainly performance.
