Does legacy mean jedi can use force lightning if you have a sith character?

It says you can share abilities with characters in the same legacy tree.
Then maybe a Jedi can use force lightning if you have a sith character?
Be it the case or not, that'll be very cool. Because in Kotor, even if I was a jedi, I learn force lightning.
if this was the plan for legacy sure i'd like to see it!

Here's a wild guess: Shared abilities refers to the social abilities each race gets so your Miraluka can do the shadowboxing animation nobody ever uses, yay!

This.. I have a bad feeling they are going to flop with Legacy by adding things that no one will ever use anyway.
