so i just logged in and everything runs smoothly. No lag or anything. the only problem is that i cant even see anything. its like the walls and floors are stretched and are blocking my view or something. I dont think its my video card because i can run games like wow just fine. Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this?

ive run tests on many site like this one http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/intro.aspx
to see if my computer can run it. They all said i can excellently. They even said my graphics card was better than what was required

i found a pictures that are similar to my problem

(note that this is not my computer, just a similar problem)

Intel Graphics Media Accelerator HD Corei3. Its in a Toshiba Satelite A505 laptop. Not great, but i assumed running rift with no problem would mean i could run this fine on low settings at least. And its not even the graphics, like the parts of environment i can see by, the graphics look great.
