Fisto's form isn't great for lightsaber combat, its meant for against multiple weapons(which is why he did so well against Grevious and then was floored by Palpatine who used only one saber). Now Plo Koon...he is a master of the same form Anakin is, but Anakin upon turning to the darkside used it in a more brutal fashion so he could most likely overwhelm Koon. Adi Gallia.....not sure what to say, she doesn't really have any feats for lightsaber combat nor does it say she masted Form V its mostly she is known for her piloting skills but even there Anakin outclasses her.
