Wow, great job based on the little videos and explanations. Will have to wait and see how it actually works on live but looks good, no flashes = me happy
How to make C2-N2 shut up (new toons only) Give us option to adjust difficulty of storyline bosses to make them fun/challenging for all players

Having the countdown timer overlay on the UI is the most amazing thing I could have ever wanted. Since we can't use mods this was a MUST for me.

This is a very nice option to have. I didn't have any issues with older GCDs treatment (only the second implementation was frustrating imo). So +1 to this change
