Queue for customer service agent

I have been in a phone line queue for customer service for 1hour 11min, and I have still not received an answer, please, I just need help with my security question's, nothing more, I am very patient, but an hour on hold? With the same man saying "Your call is important to us and will be answered as soon as an agent becomes available." my patience is running low.
I will face down all darkness in the galaxy.

Atleast you can get on hold. I get kicked because of high volume.
