I've emailed the customer service, and I've been on the phone with them on hold for 2 hours now. I don't understand why so many people have the same exact problem I have, and they haven't fixed it yet. It keeps asking me the same question, never a different one, (whats the point in having 5?) and its the only question in this world for the life of me, I could NEVER imagine picking. I'm very disappointed in the service. I paid $150.00usd for this game because I wanted early access in yet i'm missing every minute of it because of what seems to be like a system error on their part. BIOWare needs some serious advice and mentoring on capturing their customers feedback and efficiently using it.

I suggest making a facebook post. They tend to like that...

same issue here, they need to rotate the darn questions. Not ask the same question over and over again, If I knew the Answer I would not need to speak with customer service.
