Lets be brutal here, the game is new. the experience you get from the game is what you expect from it. Alot of people have over inflated expectations of what the game can actually deliver.

Of course there is a linear aspect of the game but thats to be expected with a themepark game, remember pre launch and people like myself were asking for a big sandbox element to the game and we got shouted down none stop that this is a themepark and a themepark only.

But now people are starting to understand the stand point that we were going from. Themepark is great but themepark has the limits restricted based upon how much sandbox is actualy envolped into the big idea.

Now sit down and calm down. they can only make so many changes within a specfic time frame. We all know this game has greatness within it and no matter how many people cry, we have more then enough for the time being to keep us busy. If people get bored is that due to them burning themselves out or something more.

The game itself has alot of scope and yes im going to say this, it has more scope then wow does. It simply has this based on the geometric design of the worlds and the seperate aspects involved in the game and that would be space.

If you dont like space that doesnt desolve the fact that this element is within the game. But the fact remains that no one and i mean no one has totaly unlocked crafting, has totaly unlocked all endgame and has completed all nightmare modes.

We have a vast array of dungeons with mulitple hardness levels and if your expecting everything tommorow your not going to get it, but invest your time in your chars and have patience which is lacking in alot of players these days wanting there quick fix and support this game and we shall see big things from it.

Bioware/EA not only have the money to pull this off but also have the talent to pulls this off, im not being a fanboi saying this. Infact im being a realist. Bioware have not yet broken a promise. They have gone headlong into developing content. the speed isnt uber but the speed is good at which the rate of content is coming.

As such the linearity in this game has to be accepted based on the fact that the pro themepark guys and girls shouted it to be as such. Let the game evolve and we shall have something in 6 months that not only cover major aspects of what people want but also a balance between them that should please both camps.

If you remove the elites, champs, its like removing all group quests, then you got the same old argument of it being a single player game.

Really, people are just confused these days.

Who does that?

Even WoW for all its flaws gave you the possibility to jump to different zones in completely different continents to level.

I think this is a problem, and I guess it's down to the voice acting, limiting the amount of content they can produce at any time (and in any given time scale).

I wonder if they could put in optional zones WITHOUT VOICE ACTING to allow a bit of deviation in the levelling process. A bit like the bonus quests, but rather alternate for the same levels.
Real Star Wars space combat please, not Star Wars Fox! Maybe some PvP and flight too?

it was never hard to lvl in vanilla it was a cakewalk like swtor is, atleast swtor makes lvling another toon more fun since you got movies you can see or not, but you got the option, wow vanilla was just a grind to 60 and notting more.

They could, simply by the fact of voice clips they have, you will notice alot of responses are the same you give on quests. alot of quests are simple text go do this with drop box finish.

Whats funny about this post, is they want WoW, yet what they dont like about this game, was created by WoW.

The fast leveling. With fast leveling comes a small amount of end game at the start.

WoW didnt have this problem. With no one else to compete against they could make leveling as slow as they wanted. So they had time to add stuff in. And when you add once again no one to stand against them, even if they didnt people had no other options.

Fast forward to today, where WoW has made the leveling curve so fast and easy it has become the standard. And people complain about the 'grind' if it actually takes time to level.

On the flip side WoW hasnt been immune to its own folly. Remember the CATA launch? 5 days after the expansion launches everyone is at max level and plowing through content. Soon the boards were flooded with what am i to do threads.

Rift and now Swtor have both fallen into this. Leveling was so quick and painless that you are rushed to stand there, looking around. Although in Rift it was much worse to me. If you think Swtor is linear Rift had one set of quest. no difference no nothing.

And having run into that in Rift I swore i wouldn't make that mistake here. So I am rather enjoying my time playing slow.

Ok here’s my solution those that like the So called too easy experience the way it is stay and those that do not can leave.
Unfair ?
Well trying to impose your ideal on those of us who like it the way it is now would be unfair.
So if enough people like you quit stating why you have, then maybe they will change things.
Or not.

I love how everyone solution for lack of content and features is to reroll or roll an alt lol. This is getting crazy. This game will be f2p by the summer.

Are you paying your sub just so you could troll the forums on regular basis?
Looking at your post history it seems that is the only thing you currently do.
