Is this a problem?

I logged in to My Account and noticed that the Five Security Questions was checked, the Contact Information Complete was checked, but the Redeem a Product Registration Code was unchecked. When I click on it and attempt to register my code I get an error message that the code has already been registered. I would expect this error since I registered my code back in September when I pre-ordered the game. Because this tab is not checked, the next section (Subscribe) is greyed out. I have already downloaded the game client. So, is this issue with my registration code a problem? Or is this normal and I just need to wait for my early access invite e-mail?

Not a problem. You redeemed your PRE-ORDER code, not the code for the game itself which is still in its box somewhere waiting to get to you. (Or in a database somewhere waiting to get zipped across the ether to you)

Okay, thanks all. That was my suspicion, but wanted to check before perhaps needing to start the process of contacting customer support. Looks like it's a waiting game now. Hoping with my early Sept 2011 registration to get in sometime between the 15th and 20th.

You havent got your product registration code yet. That'll arrive with your copy of the game. The early access is from a product key sent out in an email, if you have already redeemed it you dont need to do anything except wait for an email telling you when your early access will begin.
