Order issues?

What are SWTOR's customer services hours? I've tried to call them for a while to fix my account.

I have spoke with Origin and asked them for the customer service's hours. When I spoke with Origin, they could not understand English or what I was saying and constantly repeating "We are handling only billing issues." and exactly this line about 10 times. "Have you the game in Origin?"

What? Seriously?

I paid for 2 pre-orders of SWTOR with pre-paid on the second order since Origin told me to.

The first order was made in December 4th, and only $5.00 from Origin was taken out of my account.

Then the second order today, then got a cancelled without me telling them.
