How do I turn Sith Corruption off?

In game, open the game menu (Esc key) and go to preferences, then under the game tab go to social and there should be an option to show sith corruption.

Though I think a better place for this thread is the New Player Help subforum, rather than the Community subforum. Even if you're not a new player, that's the best place to ask questions related to the game.

Does the sith corruption toggle no longer exist? I cannot locate it under social or any other menu under preferences.

It's under the Armour Colour Match window. Hit 'C', bring up your character pane, hit the little armour icon to the right, select the Dark Side Corruption toggle.
