The mmo everybody wants...

So do i.

But probably for different reasons. I will not stop playing SWTOR when GW2 comes out.

I'm also not expecting it to be WoW 2.0.
That game is completely different and most people hyping it now will hit their jaw in the ground so hard i am gonna laugh. Just be careful what you wish for. GW2 is not what many people think its gonna be. Its a game played for fun, not a game that makes you strive for this grand objective in the end-game.

OP hence why I say Bioware cant win. Also its not just MMO its all games. You also forgot people want to some how merge it with hello kitty, gods of war and pacman

I have MMO-experience.

I just don't have highly unrealistic expectations that a company is going to tailor a game just to my needs or buy the game assuming it will be the second coming of christ, and went back in time from the year 2025 to blow us away

I played the beta too and bought it anyway.

I'm still having fun, for the most part. There are things I haven't explored yet but they are getting fewer and fewer. I was severly dissapointed when I left Dromund Kaas and went to Balmora, a planet I had already played as Republic.

It seems as though the critics, while acknowledging the story telling strength of this MMO, fail to give it proper weight for just how big a step up SWTOR's story telling is compared to the rest of the genre. It's clear that a lot of production time and resources went into giving the players 8 detailed, fully voiced stories with accompanying side quests.

I would love for Bioware to add the "WoW polish" in over time, but I'm willing to be patient because I appreciate their efforts on the story. I would like to see the game include third party mods, particularly for healing. I would like to see the game include macros, particularly mouseover macros. I would like to see the game include a deeper space environment because they did such an amazing job with the space graphics and controls (simple, yet effective).

I could go on and on about the potential for this game and the features I'd love to have, but the more important point is I'm willing to wait because Bioware DID deliver on what it promised--an MMO with an engaging story (8 of them, in fact).

I would play that

I want all of that but with nudity.

For your information i have played many mmos including Asherons Call 2, SWG, EQ2, Rift and wow and i personally thoroughly enjoy this game so why dont you keep your idiotic comments to yourself

if PRE CU swg had graphics like swtor or swtor had gameplay mechanic of PRE CU swg, i would be happy

Or maybe they just want an MMO that works.
