I log in, hit play, the initial loading screen pops up for about 2 seconds and then it disappears with no error message or anything. I just updated my drivers yesterday so that I would not have any problems when I could finally play, but for some reason it's giving me trouble. If anyone could help that would be great!

Update: I have all the latest drivers, I have the latest version of DirectX, and I have downloaded all the windows updates including the optional ones, I exceed the minimum requirements for the game, and I have no idea what to do next.

Post your computer specs and game log file so we can help you figure out where and why it's crashing.

update your driver for video lately?
Also try doing a disk defrag and restart and try again

I updated my video driver yesterday, it may not have installed correctly, thanks for the info. I played the beta and it ran very smoothly but I just got early access today, after I updated it.

if there still issues i suggest if you have Beta client, installed it by before thanksgiving, you have to uninstall it and re install it.

I uninstalled the launcher when I got the email saying that I could pre-load the game, followed the link through the email and re-downloaded it.

When I go to the latest driver this is what I find.

Title File Size Version Date Posted
Display Driver 92.9 MB 11.12 12/13/2011

Which is the one I found yesterday, so I am now re-installing it.
