LFG tool w/ a twist

A common complaint I'm seeing with the lfg tool is the problem of being grouped with "unpleasant" people because of the random luck of the draw. A way to deal with this is similar to the MVP system in PvP: cast a vote on each party member yes/no as to whether you would group with that particular person again.

The system could be adjusted so it would require a certain number of votes before it takes effect to prevent skewing from lack of votes at the beginning. A person's vote could also be weighted so if he is a chronic jerk then his negative vote would mean alot less than someone with alot of positive votes.

The amount of people doing non-50 FPs is absurdly low on my heavy pop PvE server (Shadowlands). During peak time at 730 EST we were the only group in Athiss for the whole run. I don't see why that would be any different on other servers.
