Where are all the 'Specialty Goods' vendors located? I found the one on Belsavis, and it has some good items (All leggings tho), so I'd like to found them all and see if they've got other items (chestplates, boots, etc.)

every planet has its specialty goods vendor. they're usually in the "market area".

Empire Specialty Good Vendors of orange items (unless otherwise noted)

• balmorra --> lvl 19 head (blue)
  
• nar shaddaa --> chest
  
• taris --> hands
  
• quesh --> hands
  
• belsaris --> legs
  
• tatooine --> weapons
  
• hoth --> lvl 40 earpiece (blue)
  
• voss --> weapons and off-hands
  
• alderaan --> lvl 30 waist (blue)
  
• corellia --> lvl 50 wrists(blue)
  

 

Of course, items are appropriate to planet level.
