This is pretty annoying. This is my one day off before starting a 7 day, 60 hour work week and all I want to do is get some **** done on the game, but apparently my money is all they want?

Waiting on hold with CS and they better PRAY they can push it through or I'm going back to Rift or something.

Ive added gametime, the online account confirms I got playtime.

When I logon the gamelauncher I get the message I do not have gametime.

Dont tell me I gotta wait until Monday for you to process the card?...

I have tried calling customer support 10 times, the phone rings about 20 times then the call disconnects.

Great customer service Bioware! you don't deal with your screwups by not answering the phone.

OMG I should have checked here first. I am having the same issue except you guys are luckier I have been billed 3 times and checked with my bank and all 3 charges were debited from my account, but I still cannot log in even though I was bileed 3 times instead of once.

I called Customer Service and was dealing with it for over an hour an although I was working with a super cool guy there so it made it a little bareable he told me *1* other person was having this issue and so far it was just the 2 of us and got a ticket number so they could investigate it further. And although he gave me free time and I can see it on the account I still cannot get logged in. Thank goodness I had other plans tonight and I hope it is sorted out by tomorrow.

Yeap Same here, just resubed and cant login, been waiting for 30 mins now, used VISA.
This is really, really bad support...shocker on that one^^

Same. Resubbed. Web says I have 29 days. Client says no active subscription. Can't get through to customer service.
