Lazy and cheap: the EAware motto.
I think of a few other games where elves all the look same or humans.

I suppose ActiBliz must be lazy too.

comic sauce.
I'm not still waiting for a single refutation from you against any of the facts, if that's what you're asking. I know you can't come up with any. And again, just for the record:

-The mobs just stand/sit there lifelessly waiting for you to kill them... in WoW they move and even talk to eachother and act out different scenarios...

-The few critters there are just sit there like they're painted into the background... in WoW they wander around and even attack one another..

-Why does every planet's ecosystem have to look EXACTLY like earth?! Where are the liquid nitrogen forests and electrical gas clouds? Where is the alien plantlife? Instead we get oak trees everywhere... designing alien planets should be so creative, and oak trees is what they came up with!? WoWs space zones are alot more creative and inspired...

-There's barely any music and ambient sounds... seriously for a game that prides itself so much on sound/voices did they just forget!? Were they drunk!?

-Add to that the linearity of the gameworld... no day/night cycle... no swimming environments... no weather... NPCs you can't even click on let alone interact with... it is way below par with where MMOs should be in 2011... How could they ever think this would compete with WoW?

Taurans, Orcs, Goblins all look human to you in WoW?

Failed argument is failed, bro.

Lineage II had this same problem, great graphics but random areas with NPC's standing still.

The layout feels very dull.

Read the books describing alien flora and fauna, look at the art in Star Wars comics, etc.

Now look at the Earth clones in the game.

Your lack of logic is just amazing.
Humans are humans biologically even in SW universe. Because of that they tend to colonize planets with Earth-like environments. They don't know Earth, they just know specific parameters for planets best suited for living of human beings, which are... Earth-like (from our point of view - we know Earth).

While Star Wars is far from being REAL science fiction (it's more like space fantasy fiction), dumbing this universe down even further is unacceptable.

You should probably read some SCIENCE fiction.

Logic should always be above stupid design decisions.
Unification of space port design is a logical decision made in order to reduce construction time and simplify process. It happens all around in real world.

I will give you credit for one thing: you know how to cut and past the same invalid and irrelevant text over and over again.
When you find yourself surrounded by hostile Clowns... always go for the "Juggler" first.

Seen the enemies that patrol around areas being a pest when you're already fighting another group.

You only have to take one look at Balmorra to see a planet where everywhere you look something is happening. AA guns. Drop ships. Salvaging teams. Sith leading squads of Imperial troopers against seperatist or republic encampments.

Now admittedly they can do with making this happen more but to say that every planet feels dead and static is completely inaccurate. Most NPCs are doing something other than standing around looking unemployed, be it looking at a datapad, talking with someone else or actively doing something else.

Agreed to this but still would love to see or hear more ambient things...
Like a waterfall, random bird songs in trees, night/day, weather, distant birds in the sky, butterflyes hovering the flower fealds, insect buzz, ambient city sounds, cantina background noise... The list long. But if only some of thise things was implemented, it would boost the already great game even more
Do or do not! there is no try!
