I have and I'm not impressed. Why does the wildlife not attack each other? Why is it the AA gun don't produce any sound? Most npcs are just standing there waiting to die.
If you don't have the AA guns on Balmorra making sounds then you have a problem. Frankly I get sick of them firing all the time when I'm around them. The trenches around the Balmorran Arms factory sound like I'm beside some sci-fi version of the Guns of Navarone!

As for animals attacking each other. Really? You dismiss everything else because animals do what animals do best. Have you been to a zoo recently?

Add to that things like all space ports look alike and players are too scattered around plus the social hubs are not working.

I don't know how Bioware could think this stagnant gameworld competes with something like WoW's. These world designers were seriously out to lunch...

-The mobs just stand/sit there lifelessly waiting for you to kill them... in WoW they move and even talk to eachother and act out different scenarios...

-The few critters there are just sit there like they're painted into the background... in WoW they wander around and even attack one another..

-Why does every planet's ecosystem have to look EXACTLY like earth?! Where are the liquid nitrogen forests and electrical gas clouds? Where is the alien plantlife? Instead we get oak trees everywhere... designing alien planets should be so creative, and oak trees is what they came up with!? WoWs space zones are alot more creative and inspired...

-There's barely any music and ambient sounds... seriously for a game that prides itself so much on sound/voices did they just forget!? Were they drunk!?

-Add to that the linearity of the gameworld... no day/night cycle... no swimming environments... no weather... NPCs you can't even click on let alone interact with... it is way below par with where MMOs should be in 2011... How could they ever think this would compete with WoW?

My god, are you guy's playing or analysing everything!?

When you are dreaming I guess you say ''ya right''
The word "good" has many meanings. For example, if a man were to shoot his grandmother at a range of five hundred yards, I should call him a good shot, but not necessarily a good man.

Yeah, kind of like most modern airports IRL now days.

If they were all different, then people would complain and demand they make them all the same so they don't get lost so easily when they get off their ships.

I was going to give constructive responses to your quite skewed and jaded perceptions, but then I saw who it was posting.

So I'll just say that I think your entire post is absurd and inaccurate, created just to you can rant at Bioware for the zillionth time. I'm astonished.

For the same reason all player characters are humans with paint jobs. Copy/paste is much cheaper and less work. Just ask DA2.

Lazy and cheap: the EAware motto.

Good to know you couldn't come up with a single point against what I said. Not a single one. And that's because there's no denying any of it. These zones are absolutely lifeless and uninspired compared to WoWs.

Gee, in a galaxy populated by high technology civilizations in the trillions, there is no way the lore would lead to eco-manipulations by the citizens through the use of their technology such that livable planets are within their desired parameters.

The only thing actually lifeless are your repetitive inaccurate and negative rants about everything in the game, just so you can rant at Bioware.

You are fooling nobody.
