Yoda's race a mystery that could be explored in SWTOR?

I was thinking to myself be it Lannik or other species, that this would be the perfect time in the SW universe to explore Yoda's ancestors and give the Imps another reason to roll Rep.
What does everyone else think?
This could be viable both as a race and a storyline.
The possibility to introduce a new class/force type might be possible as well with this.
I personally would love to play this idea.

It does indeed sound interesting, yet if there was a quest line of this sort, I'd like the end to be a mystery in itself. Sometimes what is unseen is more fun.

It is my understanding that George Lucas have basically VETO'd any attempts to define or explore Yoda's species.

So yeah. Unfortunately not going to happen. I wouldn't have minded it as a species myself, since we know that they can speak basic and that they don't all speak gibberish like Yoda.
