Same problem, can't login since update 1.1. Gives me error 4001 and does not populate the server list. I tried turning off the firewall and flushing the DNS but no luck yet. Sometimes I get the server list but when I select my server (Zaalbar) it freezes and gives me another error, think it's 1009 but not sure.

Hey guys, I was able to fix the problem by turning my antivirus off, might want to try that. My antivirus is MSE.

In addition to the 4001 errors that suddenly returned at about 6 pm eastern. I am now experiencing black flashes of the screen during all gameplay and movies.

Tried updating video card drivers, and disabling anti-virus to no avail.

Hopefully like last night it will cleaer up in a few hours.
Played most MMO's since MMO's existed.

I am also getting this error. Randomly while I'm playing, the game boots me back to the server selection screen and I get the 4001 error.

I then log back on to my server and get an error stating that my "account has been disconnected". I then click my server again and am good to go...for awhile. Then it will randomly crash back to the server screen and the process begins anew.

Are we going to have to endure this after every patch
9000 error followed by 4001, rebooted router, turned off anti virus ...still no joy and getting disconnected every 3.5 min.

Hmmmm, now that I think about it. Windows Firewall and AVG virus scanner are the two things that I normally have off that I recently turned back on now over the past day or so. Thank you I'll give that a go.

Stupid viruses.
