If you are experiencing issues logging into the Launcher, please see below for the causes and solutions for the relevant error messages:
  • "This account has been disabled. Please refer to the notice sent to the registered e-mail address for additional information."
    Should you get this error message, please contact our Customer Support Droids by email or phone.

  • "The email address, password or security key you have entered is incorrect. Please confirm your login or contact us."
    Please ensure that you entered your password correctly(caps lock is off) and that you can login to the website(www.swtor.com).
    If you cannot login to the website or your password is still not being accepted, please reset your password.
    Should you experience any further issues after resetting your password, please contact us.

  • "This account requires additional activation steps to access the game. Finalize verification for this account."
    Please ensure that you have validated your account email address and you have set up your Security Questions on your account.
    Should you experience any further issues after resetting your password, please contact us.

  • "There is currently no active subscription on this account. Activate your account here."
