See I am having just the opposite problem.

I have veritcal sync turned on in preferences....which is still on when I just checked.

When that is checked FPS should never ever exceed 60, it should stay steady around that...which I usually did

My FPS are spiking between 75 and 100 while riding around ....and this will actually burn cards out, which people dont realize.

Game runs fine but anti-aliasing doesn't work. Does it work for any of you guys?

Seem to be seeing loading screens more often post-patch too.

yeah antialiasing doesnt seem to be working properly, I even have it forced in game settings and it seems disabled

AA works nicely for me. Smoothed a lot of the rough edges on buildings, the front of my robe, etc.

I did have loading screens pop up twice during pvp though but only for a few seconds.

Didnt work for me after i reset the settings in the character screen but i did gain some fps, like 5-6 but turning on AA on low from off. Just weird...

Got back to where I was yesterday with a +30 fps. Just wanted to say thank you to MidniteZebra.
