Those asking if they get Early Access or not don't have a "real" problem... they're just excited / impatient for their e-mail.

He is responding to someone being a petulant 14 year old child just as he should be scolded. I don't use twitter, but I've seen a ton of posts with Rockjaw complaining outlandishly. Even in customer service, there are times where you have to draw the line.
