Customer Service Ticket

I tried to call customer services and after being cut off 3 times after waiting for 20,30 and 40 minutes respectively i decided this was not the way forward so i sent an email around 19:00 GMT yesterday. I promptly got a lovely email advising i had been assigned a ticket number... and that's all i have received. Any idea on an eta for tickets? over 18 hours seems excessive.

no 18 hours would be an improvement my average is 24hour wait between customer service emails with each reply I get someone else that then proceeds to reply to my issue in a manner that clearly shows they didn't even bother reading the ticket

Luckily i started my ticket "please do not give me the blizzard customer service of a foreigner copy and pasting an irrelevant bit of text", i am praying for a human being!

But really? so long to answer a ticket?
