I could have done a clean install a week ago, yet your sent a email telling us we could just patch. Very displeasing when it doesn't come true. Oh well. I hope this doesn't take ALL DAY! lol

I did the uninstall and downloaded the correct version when they released the email saying we could download the game before launch

GG On the Bioware Customer Service advising us on our firewalls? Why couldn't you send a email to allow our games to load retail?
Firewall can cause that issue, and you were supposed to have the retail client.
It's been said that the "Thanksgiving" Beta Weekend client works after patched.

Since devs seem not to be very helpful on this topic. Here is what I have done to solve this problem. Hopefully it will work for you as well:

1. Begin the launcher
2. Log in
3. Click the repair button and let it cycle (after i did this the servers appeared)

Hope this works for yall too.

I gave up, see my thread above and am re-installing now, wish I had known about the repair thing, sigh. Early access will be a little later now. Hopefully it will work this time.
