Hard mode operation bugs/issues

A list of the bugs my guild has encountered while progressing through the OPs in HM.

EV:

First boss trash/turrents are more difficult then all of the boss in the instance, doesnt seem to be any fluid approach to them. Just hope you all stay alive.


The 'pods' you take to get to the ground, the 'first left pod' either causes instant death or disconnects.


Issues after dieing causing random disconnects and then not allowing people to log back into the server / server not showing up / logging in then instant disconnect / crash to desktop.. you name an unwanted exit it happens


Tanks taunting abilities cooldown is too high, also only having 1 AoE taunt, which is only set to 15m is not only too short but a stupidly long cooldown making tanking adds extremely difficult.


Tank threat need to be tweeted, atm its generating too small amount. We have the best geared tank in our server and dps with only half epic are pulling aggro. Before the flames start, no he isnt a noob, yes he is fully epic and correctly geared. Threat is a massive issue for tanks.


First Boss - This we encountered today making the kill impossible.

The last time he sits and goes into 'Missle' mode. the boss bugs and doesnt exit the phase, stands up to cast 'shockwave' then sits again. Shortly after hits enrage timer and make the kill impossible as its 1 hit kill in enrage.

We were well ahead of the enrage timer with a grp of 1 tank, 2 healers, 2 ranged, 3 melee. However once the bug started we were unable to kill the boss. Always in the same place. We have killed him before and had no issues, only seem today. Must of wiped about 10 times due to this bug.



Pylons 'Boss' - seems to be luck of the draw if you can defeat the encounter.
we worked out the pattern which the tiles move and then calculate the min amount of moves. however if it takes anymore then 9-10 moves the 'Consoles' bug
(i know this is a known issue, we tried the north-south-south-north and along with the min pattern seems to work better but still had bugs)



Hutts Hospitality

Who ever though it was a good idea to have a cutscene which can be triggered at individual points in a raid should have their contract reviewed.. Even if the tanks go first pressing space bar to skip it doesnt account for latency so its all random when you will actually spawn into the fight....
Oh why is this a problem? well because as soon as the cutscene end you enter combat with a pack of adds.

So lets say you get past this kill the adds, boss instantly engages. No not only does the cleave have a crazy area of effect,its also pretty much a 1-hit kill if your caught. the boss in its nature of constantly moving around makes this a massive problem for melee and ranged if he targets them. Also please please add more knock backs... it seems to be the only thing this game has on every fight, the knock back on this fight is way too powerful, even if the boss is in the middle most time you still end up in Acid and die.

So you have died on the boss, you finally get back to the annoying cutscene door and oh instant combat and cleave killing all your healers and most of your dps in 1 move before your all even fully in the fight...

in short: Nerf cleave range.
Dont have the fight instant start if you intend to keep the cutscene, or make the cutscene joint for everyone in the raid so people arnt coming into/out of it at individual times.

I disagre totally, threat is a little issue as it should be. I'am really happy that DPS'ing isn't brainafk 1-1-1-2-2-1-1-3-3-3-4-1-1-1-...
Our Tanks have little problems, but they like the challenge of racing against dps.
