and we subscribed for extra time on day one of launch, is there any way to cancel the subscription and get the money back? Since I haven't technically used any of the additional playtime, I can get my money back right?

I bought the Collectors Edition of this game and have decided to stop playing. I might decide some time in the future to subscribe again, but at this moment, the game doesn't give me what was advertised, especially with the textures/graphics issue.

So, can I get my money back for the 6 month subscription I signed up for?

Only way possible Is to make a Claim to your Bank it will have to be along the lines of :

Service Not Rendered - They (the bank) will then go and Investigate your claim for your Paid Subscription Time .

You can cancel the subscription at any time up until it becomes payable.

You haven't been charged yet. You will get charged on the last day of your 30 day subscription. Just remove the payment option from your account.
