was just in the shower, and got to thinking how lonely bioanalysis is... it's just there to supply biochem, nothing else.

Now scavenging is the real star here, supplying many a crafting skill....

so i got to thinking, how about creating a skill that works on mutations / improvements, and can create an extra slot item to boost the character.
Instead of working on stats, it could give certain effects....

reason for improvements / mutations, is that some of the hero characters in star wars, tend to have really unique abilities that almost noone else has... and this would give players an extra layer of customization.

and would also be a perfect place to have special abilities from the legacy system located.
