Ticket Issue - Questions

I thought this is the best place to write this because I am getting kind of upset with the answers I am getting from tickets I make. I don't know if I am misreading them or since BioWare does it differently ...

First off, I use the tickets to report many things, since BioWare does not have separate areas for Feedback and Bugs.

So I use my best judgement and do my best to report everything fully.

Originally I was getting responses with the ticket so I know it was looked at. Fine.

Then it changed. They were being closed with no responses.

Some said about the e-mail ... took me some time to realize it was through my in game e-mail.

NOW I'm getting responses that say *Closed for Mass Modify*. What the heck does THAT mean?

Now my tickets are getting LOCKED instead of closed.

Really? Do you not want things sent in? I'm not trying to be a pain, but there are many rude names out there, bugged quests and broken mobs. And this happens.

Help me and others understand your ticket system please.
