I think it feels really odd when on some mission dialog they speak of Human or say "Us Humans".. i think there should not be Human in SW because as the story starts "A Long Time Ago In A Galaxy Far, Far Away" so how come can there be humans?

Or have i missed something?

Clearly humans were here a long, long time ago as well.

Meh, that doesn't bother me as much as the fact that Obi'wan said something a long the lines of "Droids are a dime a dozen." in one of the films.

Last I checked, they used Credits.

Think of it this way, what we are reading/hearing is just a translation of what the characters are saying in their native language. Because as you said they are in a galaxy far far away a long time ago there would not be any English either. Human is just the closed word we have for they species they are talking about.
