I think you can see where this is going.

You might get away with using one companion in a flashpoint at level, MAYBE, but you aren't going to 2-man a flashpoint at level, sorry. Unless you're talking about Esseles/Black Talon, in which case it was DESIGNED to be that way.

my main is a lvl 36.. yes all of the instances are ez mode tank and spank with no real tactics strategy needed.. its nothing new and its standard MMORPG group content and its eazier than most MMORPGs out there...

no, its a mediocre game. thats my opinion. That not trolling. You may want to grow up a bit and realise this is a discussion forum, people can have opinions different to your own.

If you like it, great, pay your sub. I dont so I wont.

Ah the fanbois anthem.

'Relax. Give it time. Have fun.'

One major red flag for these guys should be the number of people complaining on the forums instead of actually in the game playing. Most new games people are too busy playing to be on the forums except during maintenance.

You must be new to online games and/or forums.

Yup, that's how I feel as well. I enjoy the hell out of the game, but if you're not having fun than don't pay. Don't use all that energy QQ'ing about things you think the game has done wrong.

Sorry you didn't enjoy the game Cam. More than likely we'll (myself included) be here if you come back.

A lot of interesting points here, but unlike you I know how things are working on an mmo environment because I work with one.
From an mmo company point of view there has been an old strategy, well mostly on "we make the game the way we want, they have to deal with it". To some extend, they are right to do it, but the problem isn't there, the problem is when they are going to add stuff the ppl are asking for. This is the main problem of an mmo, because implementing things that in the first case they weren't ment by the devs to be made, it means that in most cases they have to change the code costing the company more money.

I see here posts like devs will never answer. Don't even expect that to happen, because in a company like this, there are hundreds of devs and this isn't the average 20 employees "Joe" company. Most of the dev stuff, is subject to company "strategy" development in order to keep the game attracting more players, if one speaks it will be fired, secondly if another one speaks, it means he has to speak about internal stuff that isn't supposed to be leaked which can cause major dmg to Bioware, in therms of decision making, because giving hints and speaking about them is speaking for everyone. It's simply clear that here we don't really have an "Ghostcrawler"...

However, I have a 50 merc and a 32 sorc and for the moment I've seen the game. It is broken enough or at least more than what it should have been.I will give it more time as more ppl are expecting but not by playing the game. I will stop playing it after my subscribtion expires and come back over 6 months or so, perhaps.
As many pointed and know well, it feels atm that they still focus on game visuals/looking than the game reponsiveness. GCD it's badly broken, macro's, addons, lot of ppl are crying about this, others say we don't need them, don't forget, that some stuff even if you don't want it, doesn't mean you "must enable it", go trough major runs and loding screens just to move from planet to planet, character not responding to players requests, ie casting a spell not aplying, canceling a spell counting the GCD, you name it.
No this isn't a complain thread im just speaking about the facts. Am I pissed? No
Dissapointed? yes, why? because we are speaking about the stuff that have been spoken a lot since the beta's, yet with every new beta released, NONE of the things reporded by the players have been fixed. Every beta release had new content available for download, but nothing contained stuff that was suposed to support playerbase feedback.

Such game released in 2011 by such company, should have easely implemented stuff that exists in at least 5 other big MMO's names there. They should have simply compiled them all and by the game release it should have been in a state where only game bugs should have been fixed, yet the game is basically "bald".

The game needs major improvements and they will come, but I will not stay here to suffer and cry like everyone else untill they will be fixed. I will be back when I hear that most of the stuff exists as it should have been from the beginning. I am not troying to be negative altough it sounds lol, yet I'm speaking about pure facts.
The game definitelly has a huge potential and I like it, but it is limited to the point where it feel not much more than and SP with online chat support well at least on Imperial Fleet.
All I am saying is this: when they will release the SDK, then we can all enjoy at least 70% of the full potential of the game, untill then I will enjoy the forums in the morning at my coffee filled with sad faces.

Cheers!!!!

Wow. You must have slept through the end bosses.

Hammer - Adds that need to be killed (they can burn a healer down if not dealt with and they can add up quickly). Bombs on the floor that require people to move. A knockback attack that can throw people off the platform, killing them instantly. A conal attack that requires positioning. That's not a tank and spank.

Athiss - Boss puts nasty dot on random player that can strain healing if not cleansed. Boss vanishes, and 4 flames (that cannot be damaged) move toward players. These must be avoided or people can die. The boss cannot be damaged during this phase. Not a tank and spank.

Mandalorian Raiders - Boss leaps to one of four platforms, spawning 2 strong turrets that can shred DPS or healer if not grabbed and dealt with. Also, if they are ignored and you continue to DPS the boss, he will leap to another platform, spawning 2 more turrets, further straining the group. Not a tank and spank.

Cadamimu - Boss repeatedly calls for rockets to be launched, forcing all players to be aware and move, or they will die in the exhaust flames. Not a tank and spank.

Seriously, you were either sleeping through these, you didn't do them, you did them when you were 10 levels over the FP, or you had high level people take you through.

Sorry I'm going to have to skip you, too many emos at once can be overwhelming. Game runs terrific for me though, thanks.
