Here are my stuff, its a laptop and its about 10 months old

Processor: Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU T4500 @ 2.30GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.3GHz
Memory: 3072MB RAM
Hard Drive: 304 GB
Video Card: Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family

I'm getting a little lag in-game, idk if its from my pc or connection.

Well.. Apparently you already answered your own question right?

Honestly. I could hardly imagine that it would run smoothly, if playable at all. 4GB is pretty much the absolute minimum, and having an Integrated Intel chip which probably uses your shared memory, (the part reserved with the bios) and Windows internal shared memory management, you're in for trouble.

3072MB memory
minus 800~MB for a clean Windows 7 installation with disabled services and no background programs running =

2272MB memory left.
minus the game itself which can quickly use about 2GB.

272MB memory left.
minus shared video memory configured by bios, rough estimate 128MB =
144MB memory left.

128MB shared vidmem is not enough for this game, not even on lowest quality settings. So minus another 128MB AT LEAST for what Windows will reserve as extra Shared memory, probably another 256MB =

-112MB. You're already short on memory here. And then I have not included other stuff like caches, buffers, et cetera.

I can pretty much guarantee your game will never run smooth.
5-15 fps at max, and choppy as hell.

Greetings,

Could you please post the part about display devices also?

We need to see what the dedicated memory is for your graphics card.

Greetings,

Unfortunately, your graphics card does not have enough dedicated memory to meet the minimum requirements.

The minimum requirements can be found here.

I'm running the game fine with 2GB ram, though it gets choppy in certain areas. The main issue is the OP's graphics card.
