I redeemed my code on the 17th of November... it shows on the pre-order section of my account that i registered a game with a color crystal and so on... i downloaded and patched the game client the day it went live... now when i log into my account it says that i need to enter my product registration code... and when i do it says that the code has already been used and it wont let me into the subscription stage or log online... i have had my SWTOR account since the site went up in 2010... have followed it every day for updates... i know a lot is happening really fast for bioware tech's right now... but i really would like my account to work so i can play lol.

Ya i just saw that post after i posted this... my apologies to the customer service department of Bioware.
