I maxed out my cybertech skill the other day and it seems that all the cybertech schematics for like ear pieces and mods just stop at lvl 23(not my level, the level of the things for cybertech)...I am not a slicer so I buy all my cybertech schematics from the GTN and have bought all the one that come from the trainer...am I missing something?

Use the disassemble for materials button in you inventory (forget exactly what it is called) on the items you craft. After doing ~5 times on the same item it will teach you a new shcematic of higher quality!
